The success story of the Puschkin brand began with the October Revolution in Russia. At the time, many Russian families fled from the new rulers and went to Berlin. One of these families brought with them the traditional recipe from tsarist times, which, over the years, became one of the most successful spirits brands in Germany, namely Puschkin Vodka. Puschkin Vodka has been distilled according to this unmodified recipe since 1929.

The secret of its exceptional quality is the ice filtration procedure specially developed for Puschkin. In this procedure, Puschkin vodka is chilled to -8°C and then channelled into special, layered filters. This guarantees the crystal-clear purity of the Original Puschkin vodka. A total of five control levels during the entire production process ensure the exceptional quality and unmistakeable purity of Puschkin vodka.

The fun nineties

The nineties marked the beginning of the pleasure society and Puschkin was part of the party. With whimsical, eccentric TV spots, Puschkin demonstrated how exciting life in the fast lane could be. Puschkin entered a new era with its product range and Puschkin Red was launched. It merged crystal clear Puschkin vodka with the flavour of tart blood orange. A true world first: Puschkin Red was the first ‘flavoured’ vodka variety on the German market and marked the beginning of the Puschkin Vodka liqueur range.

 

Today the Puschkin Vodka brand has become synonyms with a fantastic variety of flavours with some of them only being available as limited or seasonal editions.
